All our ceramic products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or replacement.
We recommend cleaning your ceramic products by hand with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive sponges or placing your pieces in the dishwasher, as this may damage the surface. With proper care, your ceramic pieces will retain their beauty and functionality for many years.
Not at present, but we are in the process of getting one.
